Unblock and Enable the program.

On first run of the program, the file might be blocked and the following title bar message will appear in Excel.
- to unblock the file, Right click on the file > properties > general tab > check Unblock check box > Click Ok.
- Now the file is unblocked, you may see the following title messages in Excel, simply click Enable Editing / Enable Content.
